Roadmap

This page separates intended work from current user claims.

Near-Term Scientific Work

  • complete evaluated-data charged-particle nuclear transport across stopping, reaction competition, elastic responsibility, residual disposition and mixed products;
  • extend molecular thermal scattering from microscopic response and selected material cases to reusable repeated-transport capability;
  • close more structural-material neutron leakage observables with the same source, geometry, response and uncertainty as experiment;
  • extend activation, cooling and decay-source workflows while preserving spatial and history covariance;
  • mature fission-chain and eigenvalue statistics against critical experiments;
  • add variance reduction only with an unbiased estimator and demonstrated figure-of-merit improvement.

User-Facing Work

  • an installed/exported CMake package;
  • small maintained examples independent of benchmark reporting;
  • a documented data acquisition and prepared-library workflow;
  • more direct result serialization and model provenance;
  • clearer compile-time diagnostics for unsupported reachable processes.

Not A Current Claim

  • a production-ready all-particle transport system;
  • GPU transport;
  • a general input-card language;
  • reactor burnup or general depletion;
  • high-energy hadronic cascades;
  • optical-photon transport.

These items remain outside the current public capability unless code, data, transport, estimator and evidence are completed together.
